Returns & Refunds Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your product(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Returns
*What items are returnable?
Items can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original labels, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
*How do I return an item?
Before you return your product, you should first contact us to start the return process,we need you to provide some specific information so that we can help you complete the return faster.DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process.
*What do I need to provide to complete the return?
To complete your return, please include the following information:
Order number
Proof of purchase(or receipt)
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
Contact telephone number
Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Please note: return requests that fail to provide the above information may be rejected. Phonebibi reserves the right to deny any return.
On any circumstance DO NOT send the products back to the shipping address on the package. The reason is simple, it will be shipped to a warehouse center and not to the office where we process returns.
* Where can I return the item to ?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs(and any related expenses) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Can I exchange my item(s)?
We currently do not provide exchange service. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order.
Refunds (if applicable)
* When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, all refunds will be refunded to your original payment method account.Please note that refunds may take up to 14 working days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
* Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
There is often some processing time before the refund is posted to your account.But if you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the bank/credit card company.
* Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
* Gifts
We do not currently offer refunds if your item was a gift.
